Had a go at The Lost Secret of Egypt, but had to quit. Cannot get used to those Ctrls, the update gave me no relief as I couldn't even figure out how to get the small medi under the 0 key again as normal (looks like the numeric keys aren't an option)...
Suggested Mehrbod writes it himself because he surely wants to add all the inns and outs.

Started on my own project, The Lost Secret of Egypt.
It might take some time because I have to describe every detail. I will provide the files directly to the administration as soon as they are qualified. :)

Egypt has many secrets and mysteries yet to be discovered ... :)

No mention of any pending update for Cold Friends, so I'll get started on that one.

No one's exactly clamoring for the walkthroughs these days, so I'll get started on Borg Part 2.

No complaints here. At least you're engaged in raid-related business. Must be a good builder, if you're the tester.

Now working on The Mansion Incident. If it doesn't crash on me.

Anyone interested in doing Bartoli's Return? I don't get along very well with TR2 levels.

I haven't played it myself yet but if nobody steps forward until the weekend, I'll do it. :)

To my surprise, I downloaded it and it's actually displaying normally on my screen. Full screen, however. Is there any way to make it come up in a window?

Thanks for your offer, Lucas. Go for it. But it consists of five levels, maybe more than you bargained for, so feel free to let me know if you'd like to split it up.

Edit: I played the first level without incident, but when I completed the pushblock puzzle and slid down to the next level, I got this LoadLevel error message: "Could not open data\cut1.TR2 (level 0)." Unless someone can tell me how to fix this, I'll have to bin the rest of it.

P. S. The data files are named Monastery.TR2, Skidoo.TR2, Unwater.TR2, Wall.TR2 and Xian.TR2, which bear no relationship to the level names. For example, Level 1 is named "Sewers." If someone will match up the data files with the level numbers, I can rename each TR2 file to the name of the beginning level (whatever that is), start a new game after playing the previous level, and so on until I finish. Tedious, but workable I think, unless someone has a better idea.

Anyone?

None of the reviewers seem to have had this issue (and I'm not sure many people will see it here). I've yet to boot it up myself (plan on doing it later today, as soon as a new piece of furniture is up, so hopefully in about 6 hours tops), but I'd assume you could just copy all cut* files from the original TR2 data disc to this folder to fix the loading issue. Failing that, I'll be happy to help determining which level file is which -- and yes, I'd be happy to share the workload if you're willing to write as well (but also still up for the challenge of all five levels, if you'd rather just enjoy it at your own leisure this time). Just let me know the logistics and we take it from there.

As for windowed/full screen options, I'm not sure this is at all possible with non-TR4 levels? I've always played full screen (lighting seems to be better on my monitor that way) so I don't really know. Sorry.

I used Treeble's savegame (which worked), played level 2 and this time was taken to level 3. Why this didn't happen from level 1 to level 2 is still a mystery to me.

I haven’t played that levelset but maybe it’s based on when the cutscenes appear in the original tr2 game? So it only crashes between specific level jumps.
