I have firefox, so don't have a bar to lower cookie settings.
As it happens, mprager or even trle is not a site that's left a cookie (or at least in my list of cookies) - no idea why and no idea how to add it. As far as I can see, the cookies should be working anyway otherwise all posts would be new, when they're not - particularly after I've marked them "all read"

What's more, why would I have the exact same issues on 2 different computers with different browsers that also has no trouble remembering me on other forums?

For all I know, I never could be remembered on this site as I never tried to "remember me" until this forum changed to the new mprager forum.

The Walkthrough-Link for the first Level in the list is wrong http://www.trle.net/sc/authorfeatures.php?aid=58 . The same for the link in the Walkthrough Forum

Guess this walkthru has not been heavily used then as it has been wrong since Nov 2005

Thanks for the notice - I have taken it out now on the site and assume Phil will handle it in the walkthrough forum respectively.

Only a few forums (like the Stuck in a Custom level forum) are set so that users can attach items to their posts, the level editor forum is not one of them :)

Hej all,
So, the filehoster I used is back on, or rather they recognise my account / have found my files again.
So I wanted to restore my avatar, but I don't get it done.

When I put this link http://www.hotlinkfiles.com/files/23828 ... _stamp.jpg
I get this message Image file type mismatch: expected extension gif but extension jpg given.

I tried to give the pictures dimensions, 93x100, but it does not change the message. Other avatars tend to be jpeg though. And it is 3.5 KB only.

What to do now ? Should I really make it a gif ?

edit : solved .
Hm, okay, the thing was : the file hoster managed to recreate my account / files, bt they set them all to "hidden". Good thing, I could have had files that noone is suposed to see but me and my boss / doctor / etc.

Just that the error message about gif was so confusing, I did not get where the problem was.

It seems to be an error in the link to download "Tomb Raider Olkaira 1".
When I try to download it this message appears:

Error 404
http://www.trle-hosting.net
Mon Aug 3 19:54:36 2009
Apache/2.0.53 (Linux/SUSE)

:huh2:

EDIT: OK I've seen the message in another page:

Aug 3, 2009 - Level download disabled on request of the author - package still being updated and to be released shortly.

Sorry.

I wonder - is that review forum keeping it's topics for ever or do they get deleted after some time of inactivity, like the "chat about a level" ?

I found a minor typo.

http://hof.trle.net/showHoFPage.php?mon ... 4&lid=1166 An "s" is missing. :)

Hi Scottie,

you can't post in each forum a picture. Which one do you mean?

Allowed are *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.gif. Not *.png, though.
