Post TREP - How to make the flipeffects command self?
Hello!

I build with NGLE and TREP and need a new flipeffect for deactive of item (animating). I can read in the guide, that it is possible create the new flippeffect commands, but not how. Who knows it and can help me, please?

If you just want an animating to disappear, all you have to do is to give it OCB = 2 and then trigger it, when you need it. Later, when you want it to disappear, you simply anti-trigger it. Then it's gone. And if you want it to re-appear, you simply re-trigger it again. There's no need to make flipeffects for this, unless you want a special effect, when it disappears.

Just remember to trigger the animating, when you first need it, even if it's visible already. If you don't, you won't be able to anti-trigger it.

Sapper, thank you for you guide to the flipeffect editor. I plan an effect, I need to make myself.

Misunderstanding: The animating should not disappear, but it should be antitriggered. Alas, there is no flipeffect command to deactivate (=antitrigger) item. What can you do?

Oh sorry I misunderstood too.

masha wants to create a new FURR command.

I don't know anything about that.

I had a look at the syntax of the .fln file and it looks like you need to know how to patch the tomb4.exe.

Kapu on TRF may know or Nowid50 but Nowid50 isn't around so often anymore.

Perhaps I'm stupid, but what's all that hard work for?

If Masha just wants an animating object to stop doing its animation, no special OCB is needed. Just trigger the animating to start its animation and anti-trigger it later, when it must stop moving.

It's not that simple. Masha needs a special flipeffect, because the animating should only be anti-triggered if the player hasn't done everything which needs to be done. And she wants that this happens as often as it is needed.
But meanwhile Larson has already created the needed flipeffect for her (and lots of other useful ones.) :)
