On the other hand, that seems very conspiratorial...

Maybe Michael wouldn't mind saying something about it...

SPAAACE, THE LAST FRONTIER, TCHAN, TCHAN, TCHAN, TCHAN... :jump2:

Science Fiction, I'm a great fan, WOOOOOWWWWWWW!!! LOVED, LOVED, LOVED, LOVED, THANKS, THANKS, THANKS......... Only hope I was a builder, but unhappily I don't have this kind of intelligence. If I were a builder, I'd give Isaac Asimov a try!

Asimov omg, you're a fan ? My brother has read many of his books and told me some of the story, it seems to be very interesting. I should read them someday ^^ It sure will be a very interesting BTB season ! :jump: :-D :-D

If you want to know Asimov, and if I may suggest some of his books, try the Foundation trilogy: Foundation - Foundation and Empire - Second Foundation... but bearing in mind that the author didn't foresee PCs, Internet, and such - the books were written in the 1950's, I guess. Nevertheless, it is a great series, mightily interesting.

Read them now, you won't be disappointed. I suggest his earlier works (1939 through the early '60s), as his later publications tended to emphasize dialogue at the expense of action.

Can you believe I've never read Asimov? That goes with the fact that I've never read a lot of science fiction, anyway... But I do enjoy well written science fiction. Maybe I'll try and read something by Asimov sometime soon, after all he's a classic.

The Big Three are Asimov, (Robert A.) Heinlein and (Arthur C.) Clarke. You can't go wrong by picking up anything written by any of them in their Golden Years (although all three showed a disappointing decline as their careers waned) between 1939 and, say, 1965 (although Clarke, who came along a bit later, remained excellent about a decade beyond that).

Back on topic, looks like the final number is 35. Some veterans among them, a few newcomers. Hopefully the majority will be able to submit a completed level by the competition deadline.

For full list of registered builders see here: Builders List. (Please if you're still not in the list, allow Michael some time to sort all the possible remaining registrations. Thank you.)

And it is "wrong" this time as well, as I added your "old" account to the group - should be sorted in the next 2 minutes.... sorry for the delay
