H-h-hello? Knock, knock? Are we risen? About time for Easter, lol...
Thanks Michael for restoring the forums, great work again.
What happened exactly? Same thing as the last time?

It's great to be back. Nothing seems to have changed during the latest power outage, but I guess we'll get an explanation in due course. And BtB is just around the corner.

Phew. What a relief. It certainly brings it home just how much this site means to us all.

Happy April everybody.

So this was merely a power outage? I figured it could have been a hosting issue this time round rather than a hacking incident.

I'm glad trle.net is up and running again. :) Thank you Michael!

Well, I finally have two days off, but I have a two-in-one interview today for two seasonal jobs in Idaho.

I did not get the magical phone call on Monday, so I'm not getting the job in Baltimore. I didn't dig deep enough into my experiences to shine, and I got thrown off by the "strengths and weaknesses" question (I did prepare better for that for other interviews).

After a rough start, the interview went really well for a seasonal job in one part of Idaho. I was able to better showcase my talents in that interview.

I have three chances to go to Idaho this year, I'm not going to the same spot as last year though. And this year, I have phone interviews (last year, I didn't have any interview, I just got selected).

And it looks like the State of Georgia is still considering me! I have the second interview next Thursday.

In the meantime, I'm really standing out at the computer store in terms of sales (number 2 in March, leading in April), and being able to interact with DC area customers (it's important to have a bank of responses to deal with a particular audience). :2thumbsup:

Yesterday, I also learned how to safely navigate through heavy rains.

I'll have time to continue playing Zipangu on Saturday.

Good job! I hope one of these opportunities pulls through for you :)

I also had to contend with heavy rain yesterday. A little scary but at this point I'm mostly just glad it's not snow!
