Might be a fang,
might be one of those claw thingys out of Kurtis's oversized shiriken,
might be Winston's kidney stone.

Who knows.

Might be an additional texture info as it uses a triangle instead of a quad...

So, the shape tell us nothing, but maybe the color does? Blue is a cold color, so assuming the rest of the set follows a similar palette I bet is probably an icy scenery or a lab/base or a modern urban location...

...or Atlantis.

I much prefer lab/base or an urban environment to most themes. Just saying. :)

One year ago we were building btb levels and visiting sub-forum....I miss that, itself the whole sub-forum community atmosphere of it

Exactly :).Helping each other like it's one mutual project instead of competition.I hope that most of BtB15 participants will build again.

I will join only if you guarantee Magnus`s reviews, otherwise it`s not challenging enough for me :D

Well atlantis is (I think) the only LOCATION in TR1 not covered by BTB yet.

I've had this gut feeling that it is going to be either Africa or Atlantis for a while, but since DJ Full's preview, I'm beting on Atlantis.

Notice how he went strangely quiet since we've brought it up.

I just saw the pic. It could be the top of something like the Empire State...

Hopefully, I mean, hopefully. I'm really not that interested in Atlantis.

EDIT: In fact, it could also be... the Tower of Babel? That'd be more interesting.

I have never seen so many suppositions about a single triangle.
You are already thinking like the contest is supposed to make you.
Give in to your creativity...

Well we have the builders' and players' competitions, why not add a third competition where we guess the theme based on 36x36px image snippets?

I mean, it's July 8th. Taking into account the "theme reveal within the first 12 days of a month", if they leave the revelation for August there would be very little time for sign ups and actual building.
