Dinne indicates that his revision of The Russian Base won't be released until after the conclusion of CaC 2019, so the existing walk may as well go up until then for the benefit of the voting players.

Reminds me of the food fights we had at the frat house. I'm still hard at work on Puna's Revenge, and it may take me quite a while to finish it. Talion is one of the highest rated CaC levels, and it deserves a competent walk. Dutchy, feel free to grab it if you're not too busy with something else. Or José, whom we haven't heard from for a while.
