Favourite boss

Post by Anna27 » 02 Mar 2009 22:00

What is your favourite boss? With who(what) do you like fighting most? Which one gave you a lot of problem?
I'm really sorry but I have to cut many options because there's no more place. Mayby I put second part.

You might have to - as I haven't played TR6, TR7 and Anniversary yet, I don't know any of those :|

Well nobody from new TR. My favourite boss is Sophia Lee from TR III :)

For the new games, the centaurs!

For the old games..well.. not sure..all of them kind of sucked and I loved the raiding not the bossfights!

The dragon in tr2 was pretty cool though!

I was definitely not a fan of the TR2 dargon

I enjoyed the sub-bosses in TR1, and the TR3 end spider (though it was unrealistically difficult without 24 rockets)

TR6 bosses were incredibly unfun and glitchy

fortunately, the Legend and Underworld bosses were cool :)

Hmm, I miss somebody. And the advantage is, you must not fight him. So, where is Michael P.?? :D

This is one weird poll :anxious: From TR6 to TR8, WTF?

All Crystal Dynamics games are death boring, including the bosss fights. .

.. but the most memorable moments to me are the METEORITE CAVERN and the CAVES OF KALIYA ending from TR3. :D

Haha I kind of agree although Willard was a bit tough to conquer with that dreadful lava pool and multi-tasking

I went for Natla but just realised it was the Anniversary one and I have not finished that yet! I like end bosses who I can kill without getting a serious case of RSI (The Anniversary T-Rex won't fall with any less than about 4,000 rounds of pistol fire). Thank goodness I managed to get him to "stick" just as I did with Legend's Takamoto. My wrists were on the verge of collapse having to keep tapping the fire key for the T-Rex.

I had to go with the Centaurs. They actually had me pretty worked up about how to beat them. But when I figured it out, I appreciated the fact that I had to use unconventional means to get the job done. Shows some creativity on the developer's part.
