it seems they made the animation a bit too "loose" meaning you could basicly fly up to a ledge like that. also the physics are really wrong, like you jump on a slope and slide UP the slope to the ledge. ??? crystal dynamics really needs to play the tomb raider games made by core to understand what physics means

Yeah ... maybe they have player workers and then coder workers. While the players play the original games, the coders do their own stuff and cares rats *** what the players do.

Nobody has time to play TR1 for 100 times and build a new game at the same time. ... well, maybe he can, but one year is not enough time to do it. :-P

plain in simple in my oppinion the crystal dynamics games suck. just will always be a fan of the old core design tomb raiders and despite the bugs AOD was a good game too.

after that it just got shot to hell and back. Legend was praticaly the worse.

Maybe it's because I play all TR games on the PS2 or Xbox, but I never had any camera issues in any TR game.

That aside, am I the only one here who liked Legend and Anniversary? (I didn't read all of the posts)

My favorite game to this day is TR1, and I didn't like AOD. I've played through Legend and Anniversary a few times already, though, and I love Anniversary. Particularly what they did with the Lost Valley.

Of course, nothing beats a custom TR4 level ;)

interesting, I definitely preferred Legend and Anniversary over AOD

I'd say my favorites in order would be:

TR1
Anniversary
TR3
TR4
TR5
TR2 (likely the only one who has this game so low)
Legend
AOD

Wow someone who thinks less of TR2 than AOD!! I've noticed a lot of people love TR2 more than the other games, I think because of the music. My copy of TR2 may not have included all of the music (nor did it have any FMVs)

haha i know it sounds pretty nuts but i do really like AOD, i know it had alot of bugs and stuff and the stearing was crap, but i still liked the story line off it. Since im into a lot of cult stuff and TRAOD had alot of that in the game. Plus thought Eckhardt was pretty awesome.

TR2 is good too like, oh and yeah forgot to add chronicles to the list haha.
