that climbable wall does not work most of the times, but indeed is marked as it would, both technically either graphically. But many times, often, after using a polerope lara refuses to react to the action key. It mush have already happened to you multiple times in lots of levels: you have to reset her, just letting her go to the still standing idle animation, and she will react to the action key again. In the case of this level, the only other way out from the intended way, as you can't trigger the idle animation because you are jumping, is José's alternate solution :)

Hello, it's me.

I was wondering... how do I reach the red path? I understand the door opens from the inside, but can't figure a way around it. I've been trying to use the bounce pads up the spiked slope but the second jump is too far, what is the trick? I tried standing and running jumps, also tried rocketeering along the jumps, but always come up one tile short of my destination... :|

What am I not seeing?

You've missed nothing. You're right.
This is the most difficult task I found in all the whole game.
You'll need to be lucky to jump back and use rockets so you'll land onto the opposite edge of the jumper, avoiding the movable walls...

Took me a few tries but a backflip got me there eventually, thanks! :2thumbsup:

I find myself needing further help though. I have found the toothpaste in the bath house and also have filled my waterskin when in-game Psiko asked me to, but I'm not sure what to do with either. Any pointers?

The first thing I've found in this part of the city was the light bulb ontop of the wooden shack, unless there's another I'm missing? (Trying to get an overview from previous posts -- hopefully TombTitan has eventually located it?)

You can use the bulb light down in the middle there where the generator is. Left of this structure ist this red ramp. The waterskin can be used at the fountain.
This is at the beginning to the right.

Yes, using the light bulb opened the door to the fountain where I could fill the waterskin, but I have no idea what for just yet.

There is another little fountain. There where you used the bulb light in the back corner.

the fountain to pour with water is at the left of the National Bank (a really existing building in Nairobi, among others) which is next the market area at ground floor :)

Woah, those bounce pads were challenging - fun, but challenging.

Anyway, I'm going to need help with the code. I did see Psiko's post about subtracting the hollow numbers from the solid ones. Problem is, I can't see the numbers well enough to get them all, nor do I know which comes first, so I could really use a spoiler right about now. :D

you can see the numbers from the platforms where the switches are, I made you to go so high in that room to have all the numbers in sight :) Just press look button once you have the switches on your back :)

Thanks for the prompt reply, but I have a feeling I'll be back. Anyway, I'll have another go.

 Just as well, 'cos I still don't get it and I'd really rather not have to wait for the walkthrough.

Maths never was my best subject

This is not a math puzzle.
Since you said you can't see the numbers clearly, they are:

6 2
7 4
9 3
8 1
