The crowbar ( sword ) is only for a secret. The crowbar door is just another secret.
To finish the game you don't need that. In that place where you are, you need to jump over the rolling ball and get the dagger for the heart.

If you want to get all secrets then you need to start again.
Missing one secrets prevents you from getting another.

yes I did it and I got an apple

if u don't have all secrets u should go and find them
maybe that's why the game crash
cos it sound like u only have 3 secrets including sword/crowbar

you shall place the apple down under where u fight the witch
and after that a door open and then the game are finish

The end of the level is indeed abrupt, you reached the door to the dark abyss (hell), where the girl is waiting... so that's the end for now (sadly there wasn't room for an end flyby because the level is at the limits)

I'm stuck...I have the broom, the heart/dagger combo, and just placed the snake head and entered a room with a hanging spike ball and a figure on a throne behind a door. I have various ammo, but my only weapons are pistols. Where do I go now?
