This is actually easy but very time consuming. The wall switches raise/lower blocks in the middle. The pushable must be moved over a path of blocks to the opposite side first. Then, another low block rises to let Lara move the pushable to the side middle. I forget the starting compass direction, but for example: if the initial starting point is "E", then move the pushable to the "W" side. Then it will be moved to the "N" side, and then the "S" side. Then a door opens where the secrets are. Again, the switches create the path to move the pushable on. It is NOT a direct line. Trial and error with the switches will reveal the path. Do NOT move the pushable until the complete path is created or else the switches won't work properly. The pushable must reside on the appropriate resting side platform before using the switches to create each of the 4 paths.

Just wondering what is the legit way to do this? I can reach the area with the crossbow by merely jumping down from the secret, which would apparently make this pushblock puzzle redundant, unless it's for something else entirely? As the blocks stand, I can grab the reddish ledge, but the fence won't let me climb up.

The blocks are used later for an exit after doing something elsewhere.

I keep getting non-stuck all too often today lol. Just realized the 'legit' way wasn't jumping down from the secret but rather from the ledge on the opposite side.

By the way, regarding the optional puzzle for the double secret, it's not trial and error entirely. Each lever will reverse the state of every block in that line of the grid. You have to keep in mind you need to have enough room to maneuver the block around, but it was a fun puzzle although very time consuming indeed.

I'm in the four crowbar switch room, currently being zapped by the 'Set' baddie. I can't seem to kill him, although he has been vulnerable in previous levels. :dunno: Anyway, I've tried several switch combinations and have got the torch, but I haven't managed to raise the block to enable me to light it, although I know the combinations to access both wall sconces. The only other block I managed to raise accesses the star shaped receptacle, but I have nothing to put in it. Help!

Hm, only thing I can think of is that you have to "deactivate" the crowbar levers so only two are ever active at any given time, thus raising the corresponding block. In this part it's all fairly linear from what I remember, you light up the sconces first and then take it from there (I think this opens one of the side doors in which you get one quest item that'll take you to the next etc).
