What's the trick here? The fire is only out like 1 second. These levels just keep getting harder, don't know if I can finish. :|

there are a lever on each side of lara
they are timed

As soon as you enter that room, you have first to use the lever on your right and then the other one (the other way around it will make it impossible to beat).
And that timed run is a tight one, so be fast and accurate with your jumping sequence. :)

Yes. This timed run is very tight. :(
There is a fragment of the walkthrough I'm writing. Perhaps it could help...

Left and right there are timed switches, which stop the fires of the dragon heads but only for a short time. Start by pulling the E one first, roll, sprint W to pull the second one, roll and run and jump with a left curve to land onto the first pillar (you don’t need to approach too much near the entrance or you lose a precious second); immediately a standing jump to the next one and a last running jump without stop to grab the edge of the ledge in front of the exit door. The pillars left and right are not safe ‘cause the intermittent fires from the dragons heads. In front of the closed door you’re safe and can save your game if you want. Now time the fires to pull the switches in both sides to open the door (run diagonally cutting the corners and not jumping, to save time).

For certain switch-to-switch runs, releasing Run before releasing Dash can be more optimal. Is it one of them?

One of the TR tricks. :(
If you sprint against a switch and release the sprint key, Lara will keep moving a second or two before she can pull it.
The best option for this kind of timed runs is, release the sprint key some meters before and run and jump to land just in the exact position so Lara doesn't need to wait for a preconceived movement (the same as if when she slides down a slope and at the end she moves hands and legs for a couple of seconds) so she can immediately execute the task.
In that sense, if I were the author of the level, I would give a second or two more time so the level was more accessible for many players.

Jorge. Did you find all weapons?
In my game I found the shotgun, MP5, uzis and grenade gun too. I know there are few medipacks in all the game, but you must think if you want to finish the level, keep several medipacks for the final battle...

EDIT: I think perhaps you played the water area first... :roll:
