I gotta be the worst TR Player ever! I have been trying for hours to jump from the falling tiles to the hole in the wall. I am posting a savegame, because I think after 150+ attempts I have to admit to being beaten and I do so want to like this level as much as everyone else seems to. Can someone please take pity on me get me into the hole in the wall before I lose my mind? :bigcry:

don't try to jump from the falling tiles into the opening. Instead do a running jump from the second tile to the slope opposite the opening and then a twist turn into it.

I'm stuck at the start. I found one present and am now up by the reindeer but can't find anything to do. There's a closed hatch nearby.

Edit:

I now have one teddy but still no luck up by the deer.

Ok, I am in a tall room with wrapping paper. I have pulled a switch after shimmying to a crawlspace (had a teddy there), then used a timed switch to get up to some breakable floors that lead up to what looks like a gray door that is closed. Does this door open while I am jumping, or did I miss a switch? I didn't want to work so hard to get up to a closed door that won't open. Thanks...fun level Pat!!

I have the puzzle-piece but can't find the wooden column veronia was talking about....
Any hint?

EDIT: Found the house in the previous area next to the pool.

But I can't find the receptacle for the puzzle-piece...

I'm in the hall of presents, and I came across a switch for a timed trapdoor, but I'm not quite sure from where I should grab the trapdoor.

If I remember rightly, I approached on the ledge from the left of the trapdoor - so on the ledge, turn left and jump up to the trapdoor.
