I need to open two underwater door but where I supposed to look for switches for them?These doors are in area with missing 2 items on centre.

You're at the starting area, right? Then you must climb up the rocks and find a JS. Look for some climable rocks, blocky rocks etc... I think there are in one of the corners.

I'm in area with closed door,spiked lever and key after door opened with js but I can't get out he water,so what do?

Ah, so there you are. I think you should get a camera showing you a climbable wall, or maybe Lara looked at the wall, I don't remember. But you can climb out of the water in one of the corners. There is also some greenery.

I need key,I saw one of them but it is spiked trap,anyway any if lever can't use beacuse are they spiked,so what I must do?To unlock the one of the items missing in starting area I need two items so where I must looking for them?Will I will use Uknown Magic Item later?

Look at the ceilings to find monkey swing. It looks like rocks, this one is the same for all climbing walls/ceilings. There you will get to one key. It's left of the spiked switch across the water.
You are missing a cave I guess. There is one cave with a block in the middle of water, where you must jump to get to a higher platform, quite a small pool of water that is. Unknow magic materia is not used anywhere, it's some sort of an ammo. F1 doesn't give any hints?
I think you must go to the cave, where you climbed out of the water in the corridor behind the first door of the main area. There you must search for more smaller caves and find your way out. I think there are two or three ways.

I have the key but it don't match to keyhole in area with two spiked levers and golden door that must be open with another key,so what now?

I used my key in right place but how I can deactive the spikes on crowbar?

Sorry, It is a mortal trap. You need 3l and 5l waterskins to resolve it. Your only solution is F10 or previous savegame....
Edit: Ok, It is not the only solution haha!

Now I used the hole switch in area where was deadly water but what it make?
I will need the small waterskin in next or this level?If yes how get out from the room where is drain lever?

Mmm ¿Illegal solution?. If you used the hole switch, i think the water is not dangerous now... sorry, I don´t remember that very well.. You need the small and large waterskin to turn off flame on hole switch.
