wow, you're way ahead of me.

But are you supposed to include 59 and 71? It says add the two prime numbers between them (128*4=512).

We're talking about Primordial Catacombs not Primeval Catacombs.

Maybe any player has a clue about how to trigger this door open?... It is a passage to a Secret Sapphire. Its location is lower opening in the NorthEast corner of the main climbpillars room. Shotgun doesn't work well enough there!... I asked Colin about that, but he can't remember how to get this door open... Great levels indeed!...

In the huge column hall with two sarcophageous and two doors... You first need to have a loud sound, then run (Or better walk), every floor tile you have nothing to do onto... You’ ll hear an inconspicuous door opening noise (You are on the trigger tile giving you access to the Secret Sapphire, so get back there! And welcome to the IV part!)… It seems the intended way is to trigger the door open, by jumping the columns at the top of the room... But there is a shift of two squares, and that doesn't works... Lara's destiny is uncertain sometimes... Andre began the update of her walktrough... By Horus!

Probably a wrong trigger type, "pad" in stead of "trigger".
Because it looks like that trigger in the corner of a high room has to be triggered when you jump out of a passage way up in the wall. But when you do, the trigger doesn't activate, only when you walk on it it will activate. Since there's nothing to do in that corner of the ground floor, you are likely to miss the trigger and wonder forever how to open that gate :D
