Re: Hello November

Hi to everybody. I rarely post new messages on this forum, now, but I'm hearing the news from Paris and I want to give a symbolic hug to all members living in Paris and in France.

Re: Back To Basics 2015 - Greece - Registration Open

Hi. The theme for this contest is amazing and I already have some ideas for the plot... BUT I'm afraid I won't able to take part this year ( :bigcry: ). I'm working to another project I had begun some years ago and I would like finally to complete it... and there's another project I'm taking part......

Re: to admininstration

Hi, I was very busy, so I didn't notice this post: I found those two older levels on Greywolf's homepage: Curve chiuse tipo tempo http://greywolf.altervista.org/index02.html The Lost Pyramid http://greywolf.altervista.org/index03.html If she agrees (and if there aren't other reasons) those could be ...

Re: BtB2015 discussion thread

I'm a newbie but I have the feeling that it's not the first time there is a long debate about TRep vs TRNG...

Re: BtB2015 discussion thread

Sorry, I didn't want to report any issues with the engine, but I just wanted to explain that these issues (or other new ones) could give any trouble to level builders during the competition. From this point of view probably the trep+ngle engine we used is better than trng. That just my opinion, of c...

Re: BtB2015 discussion thread

I'm agree with TRNG use: number of textures could be increased, more than one single horizon could be used (level builders can choose if they want a day or a night horizon, a sunny or a rainy one, for instance), open spaces can be wider, we can add text in game to build more complex plots or warning...

Re: BtB2015 discussion thread

@Greywolf: I love the fantasy theme :) Your objects are nice, especially the big door. As about that white unicorn, not sure if Uranos's large textures would fit BtB. However there is an optimized version of white horse in Northern Legends wad, guess it is a good base for Pegasus. If I remember it ...

Re: BtB2015 discussion thread

Some fantasy-stuff (I already used some of these objects). I'm not as clever as Psiko or A_de: A little gnome as a guide: http://greywolf.altervista.org/_altervista_ht/FantasyStuff/Gnome.jpg A unicorn Lara can ride (I modified the horse by Uranos): http://greywolf.altervista.org/_altervista_ht/Fanta...

Re: BtB2015 discussion thread

I try to suggest other themes (and I like mytly's idea for a Sumerian/Babylonian theme :2thumbsup: Even Turkey is a very good choice!): 1. Arabia, Northern Africa and Middle East. 2. Africa. 3. Caribbean (and pirates). A suggestion for the fairy-tale/fantasy theme: what about the "little world"? In ...

Re: BtB2015 discussion thread

A little suggestion out of thread, but in 2019 the 50th anniversary of the first human landing will fall.
What about send Lara on the moon in 2019?

I'm patiently waiting... And I'm hearing a swingdance performed by Louis Prima (and the video is located in a deep jungle between the ruins of an ancient temple... )

Good!
Because now I'd need a sedative... or a "sedagive"!!!
