You can change the damage of the hit by the baboon with this, but you can´t change the behaviour. See Enemy-command in the reference.

There is no problem for the use of the "Conveyer Belts"-flipeffects and the teleport-flipeffect together in a level. There is a limit to the use of the Lara-Start_POS-objects in a level. I heard of 10 as a max.
Both flipeffects are already available for quite a long time.

Only special moveables can trigger heavy/heavyswitch-triggers in the old LE: pushables, rollingballs and enemies in connection with AI-objects. If you use other moveables, you need TRNG-options like the use of NEF_EASY_HEAVY_ENABLING in the Enemy-command or setting a special flag with PARAM_MOVE_ITE...

I got the first red fuse in the ninja hall and I find nothing to do on the ground level of the machinery room. What do I miss here?
