Apart from the obligatory congratulations, I'm struck by several things: There's a considerable gap between the top five and the rest of field, reflecting the skill and experience of the winners. Every level finished with an average rating above 7.0, which is truly phenomenal in an open competition ...

It's time to give our Dutchy/Gerty walkthrough writing team another well-deserved pat on the back. They've taken the enormous time and effort needed to document the colossal releases that we've been seeing lately: TRSearch HQ, Himalayan Mysteries, and the upcoming GMac Flashback. Harry Laudie seems ...

I haven't played v2 yet, so I can't answer this question. At some point, I imagine I'll play it and incorporate any differences into my old walkthrough, so that someone playing either version will still be able to use it.

Our faithful contingent of walkthrough writers has been strangely silent of late. The following are recent levels with high ratings for which no walkthrough is yet available (or even spoken for), so any volunteers will be greatly appreciated: Ancient Artifact The Templar Archives The Calling Snowy T...

I know I looked at it myself yesterday. So that's at least one view. But maybe that stat applies only to the uploaded jpg file. (It's right there to see, so there's no need to click on anything.)

I suppose so, although I'm not sure. The one I'm now playing (South Pacific Contest) also has a required effects.bin file, and I don't know if this may be the culprit or not.

I have no idea if this point has been covered previously, but I've experienced a problem in levels using the expanded (1 MB+, as opposed to the standard 722KB tomb4.exe) executable. As long as I use the slots sequentially when I save, there's no problem and I can come back the next day and start the...
