Sorry I can't help you. But I do agree with you. I also think that level builders should not disable the FlyCheat. It should be up to the player if they cheat or not. This used to happen all the time. It's not related to TRNG. Good news is it's easy to fix.
Find a dummy object, something you don't need in your level. Place it in one of the ANIMATING slots. The animating textures will move to that object. Just don't put it in your level.

When you reinstall be sure to install in your Documents folder. This should solve the permission problem.
If it still happens make sure the script .dat files are not read-only.
