You say 23 units for the flyby. Do you use mousepatch ? If yes, is it the one that allows you to have 16 sequences instead of 8 ? Pick up the lasersight and go back to the previous room to shoot at the yellow bell above. It will open the stone door you mentioned ;)

May be you already know that

1. If you have more than one anim range, ALL must be applied somewhere in your project (Rotate and Frames type). Only one texture is enough for each range.
2. Rotate ones should be placed 1st in the TGA
