After switching the animation in Switch Manager, it works as expected.

I probably missed on reading the instructions as I was mass merging objects I downloaded from TRSearch into one of the old WAD files that I intended to use for this level.

The video doesn't load to me - but could you indicate what kind of switch you are using? This sounds like a rather familiar bug in a few custom levels and is usually related to a switch that's imported from Tr3 (see here ) and with the builder either not supplying the right animation for Lara or no...
