Analyzed further. It seems for pickups, IGNORE_STATUS is just ignored. So, if you add an effect e.g. to FLARE_INV_ITEM, you do this: GlobalTrigger=95, FGT_SINGLE_SHOT, GT_ALWAYS, -1, -1, 187 , -1 Triggergroup= 187 , $5000, 437, $2B, $5000, 437, $ 9 30 ; trigger flare_inv -> light flare_inv AddEffect...

But apparently my issue wasn't only this. I had ENV_ROOM_IS.
Which was activating the light when Lara was leaving the room :anxious:

Do we have any list of moveables the AddEffect= command works with? It appears to be without rules in my case, some objects work other don't. I analyzed the issue further and it seems there must be a 2-frame interval between the cameras. Otherwise the previous camera won't jump to the next one but will stay active, with next timer. The builder is DEFINITELY at fault because he/she chose to have door open automatically which makes it susceptible to random engine glitches Sorry, but something is either random, or caused by an automatic door. The author must have expected some type of linear gameplay for the entire game. It cannot be the case because every pickup has a partial ocb. You get all five pickups, therefore you tick all five ocbs. So the builder didn't expect you to collect them linearly, he expected exactly the opposite . If ...

The Levelbase says that after you have placed the 4 swords on the door to the building where the big boss is and before you enter it, you go back to the secret room in the area by the Scapegoat Timewaster and the door will be open if you have all 5 of the secret items. Well the levelbase are wrong....

Still, some of those flags are definitely too uncomfy to remember. It could be: CUST_SECRET_NUMBER not CUST_SET_SECRET_NUMBER, because "set" is "customize".
