So far I know Phil, anyone can submit a level.
There have been in the past also levels that were hardly playable.
If the builder does take things serious (and him or herself as well) then you will see improvement in the next one. Or (in some cases) you hear/see nothing anymore of said builder.

Oops, there shouldn't be a secret there anymore.
I see in the walky I wrote and have the secrets are in their correct places and in the walky here that Golden Dragon is still in its "old" place.
Will resent the walky so it can be replaced.
