Didn't I read somewhere: "Beware the ides of March"? Must not apply to Jesse's birthday. Anyway, enjoy your special day!
Hah, yes, my birth date is quite ominous...but today was an enjoyable day in spite of that. :D

Re: New Tomb Raider Game Officially Announced

Well that's good news, although we could use a lot more details. I am interested to see if the development will shift hands, and what new things can be introduced as a result of that. Either way I have been pretty happy with the previous games, what I hope for the most is more puzzles and more open ...

Re: Merry Christmas everybody!

Happy week of Christmas to all ! :D I will try to release a little levelset soon for 2018 maybe just for the joy of making levels and sharing them to the people ^^ I look forward to doing that as well. :) There's something relaxing about level building during the holidays, and I have all of next we...

Re: Messing up reviews

Agreed. I like to do what I call "trimming the fat". Even the nastiest review tends to have at least something useful to take out of it. So I trim the fat - the jokes, the emotional responses, the hysteria, and anything else not necessarily constructive - and focus on the things I can take action on...

Re: Back To Basics 2018 - Open for registration

Very exciting, I bet this will be an excellent platform of creativity, can't wait to see what the builders come up with! Which will include you, I trust. I will see where my current project is at the end of the month and decide. Right now it seems more likely that I'll choose to stick with that (it...

Just one thing (I don't even know if that's possible): has anybody saved the messages we all left in her obituary? While I didn't have the forsight to save them beforehand, Google did cache the first page: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:HiKgwj8YO_oJ:www.legacy.com/guestbooks/t...

Re: General Level Editing Thread

To flip multiple rooms at the same time, you assign them to the same "flipmap group". It's the number next to the F, you can set it to 1 or 2 or whatever number, and rooms with the same number will be flipped together. Make sure you reference that same number in the flipmap trigger. Not sure why you...

Re: Do You Read Reviews?

Admittedly it's been a while since I've played a level, but when I do I anticipate reviewing it myself, so I avoid reading the existing reviews until then. I try to keep my reviews as consistent as I can, and removing the chance of pre-existing notions helps. After I review, I enjoy reading the revi...

Sounds like a good way to get some quality bonding time. I haven't been to the northern part of France, but from the pictures I see that it looks like a nice coastal town. :)

Re: Program showing animation for 128x128 pixel textures?

I'm a bit late but you can do this in TBuilder. If you load an image on the left side, you can right-click over a range to animate it (you can control the animation using the controls at the bottom, hit Pause to stop it). EDIT: Nevermind, I think it's actually splitting it into 64x64 chunks for the ...

Re: Save/Load problem

If you're in fullscreen mode, can you try it in windows mode and try again? If you're in windowed mode, can you try it in fullscreen and try again? NGLE 1.2.2.7 makes custom screens (loadscreens and diary) work in fullscreen but seems to break it in windowed mode. NGLE 1.2.2.6 seems to be the opposi...
